Something not working, or a question about your plan or a payment?

- We never write to you first. Whoever messaged you first is not us.
- We never ask for your seed phrase or private key, and never ask you to sign anything except the exact USDC payment for a plan in the payment window on bitblackblock.com.
- Our only site is bitblackblock.com. Our official channels are only the ones listed on this page.
- Nobody can reverse a blockchain payment or recover coins you bought. Anyone who promises that is trying to rob you.
